Include your app version and a short description of what happened when useful. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Safety issue
If an instruction or recommendation appears unsafe, stop following it. Email us with the subject “CrustWise Safety Issue” and include the relevant equipment and recommendation.
Purchases and subscriptions
CrustWise purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription management, purchase restoration and other StoreKit functions are available through Apple’s systems and the app where provided. For an app-specific entitlement problem, contact us and we will help investigate.
Privacy
CrustWise currently stores core baking data locally on your device. Read our Privacy Policy for details. Privacy requests concerning information you have actually sent to SZÁM-SZINT Kft., such as support correspondence, can also be sent to the support address.
